My work is characterized above all by the fact that I feel comfortable in different areas of civil society work. This allows me to find and play at interfaces – between activism and large organizations, between administration and content, between adults and youth, between national and international, between strategy, structures and spontaneous campaigns. I owe this to my broad experience in civil society – you can find a few stations here.
International cooperation and climate justice
Through my work in various networks and groups, I have been able to play at the interfaces between the German Federal Government, German civil society organizations and activists and international civil society, which has increased the influence of civil society on decisions in the context of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

Through Klimadelegation e.V., I have been able to attend all the world climate conferences since COP26 in Glasgow (2021). We have changed a lot in these years, especially in the area of anti-racism and anti-colonialism, and have embarked on a beautiful but rocky path. Particularly noteworthy are the logistics structures in Bonn through the bed exchange, visa support and the Bonn Climate Camp during the UNFCCC’s annual Bonn Climate Change Conference. We can build on this.

I now view this involvement very critically due to colonial patterns, but it is part of my background: with Ingenieure ohne Grenzen e.V., we carried out a project in Cameroon which, among other things, was able to provide the finances for well construction and resources for hygiene workshops in a village.During my time in Cameroon, I had many experiences that made me doubt this and other such projects. As a result, I turned my attention to German and European politics, as many of the causes of global injustice need to be tackled here.

Co-founder of Shifting Advocacy (since 2024) to establish permanently easily available information on effective activism and lobbying in the European Union, to take over administrative and financial tasks to easily establish and scale national and international climate justice projects or groups and to advance international justice in EU foreign policy.

Since I became involved in the UNFCCC, I have been a member of the UNFCCC’s youth representation (YOUNGO). The constant commitment of young people and the dissolution of non-transparent structures and hierarchies are particularly important to me.

With Fridays for Future Aachen, I organized large and small demonstrations and helped set up our first international central climate strike on 21.06.2019. Over time, I also got involved in various areas across Germany, including finance and constant lobbying, which culminated in the mobilization around the European Climate Law 2020 and the strategic influencing of the Union 2021.

Together with Students for Future Germany, we organized the first climate strike week in November 2019 at over 80 universities in more than 60 cities. We were also able to establish local groups, some of which worked independently and others closely with Fridays for Future. Today, the successor to the week still exists – the Public Climate School.
On stage!
I’ve been on stage for as long as I can remember, with choirs, theater groups and musical ensembles. It is an important pillar and constant in my life!

I look forward to hearing from you about this part of my work too!

Education
I started in Waldorf kindergarten and school and graduated from a grammar school in 2015. After two years of studying mechanical engineering, I decided to switch to environmental engineering and completed my bachelor’s degree at RWTH Aachen University in 2021. I then transferred to the Technical University of Munich, where I completed my Master’s degree in Bioeconomy in 2024.
